Eden Roc is a superb hotel with breathtaking views and a highly professional team. Special thanks to Tony, who consistently provided outstanding service during breakfast — always with care, hospitality, and attention to detail. The hotel offers exceptional service throughout. The only point to note is the pool area, which has limited space and may not comfortably accommodate many guests during peak hours.

We had the most magical stay at Hotel Eden Roc in Positano – it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and consistently exceptional. A special thank you to Pascal, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He took the time to get to know us and offered fantastic recommendations and help planning things to do in and around Positano – it made our trip all the more memorable. Our room was stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and with unbeatable views over the Amalfi Coast. Watching the view from our balcony was a highlight of each day. Mornings were made even better thanks to Tony, who made breakfast such a joy. Thank you to the entire Eden Roc team for making our time in Positano so special. We can’t wait to return!

What a lovely spot in Positano. Great location with attentive staff providing a warm authentic Italian experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Pascal at Eden Roc in Positano is Awesome! Super friendly, and so helpful! He helped us with restaurant reservations, and our accommodations. We want to come back here as soon as possible!

Couldn’t have asked for anything more than this hotel provided. Location is perfect. Decor is gorgeous. The rooms are luxurious and spacious and have an amazing view of the ocean and mountain side. All of the staff are top notch and truly embrace hospitality. Each guest is treated as a valued client and person. The food in all of the restaurants is phenomenal and the views from the rooftop bar and pool are breathtaking. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

This is a really nice property with a few highs and lows. The rooms are well done, there are great dining options, the view is spectacular, and it is conveniently located to the pedestrian walkway and shops and restaurants; the lows are the pool, which is small and can only accommodate about 8 people; the hotel is also located right on one of the main streets through the town so sitting on your terrace is not a quiet experience, and the prices are kind of outrageous, cocktails in Eden Bar are 40e and the lobster special at the rooftop restaurant ran over 350e which is really crazy. Staff is very friendly, especially Toni who is the breakfast manager. He is very nice and accommodative but can be a bit much before you get a cup of coffee in you:) Overall it was a very good experience but might consider other options if I am looking for rest and relaxation.

From the moment we stepped on property we were treated as family. Pascal was the best. Always greeted us with a smile and hello. He made us Reservations within the hotel and other places at a minutes notice. The hotel was beautiful and clean. I highly recommend. Honorable mention goes to Mario😀
