Hotel Eden Roc

I would return to the Eden Roc Hotel if only for Tony's breakfast and the views! The breakfast, the location, the views, the pristine room and amenities are amazing! Will definitely go back someday.

The staff is very attentive and the owners clearly are proud of their hotel. While noisy from the street below, the Bellavista suite is great for families. Tony at breakfast service and the entire team at Adamo ed Eva for dinner were exceptional. And Pascal at the front desk made our stay extremely special and was very attentive to all our needs.

Everything about this hotel and stay was perfect. The room was comfortable, the staff/service was exceptional and the views were sensational!

The pricing for this hotel was expensive. Standard drink at bar was ~$30 USD with specialty drinks ~$50 USD. That in my opinion is overpriced. Rooms were also very expensive compared to others in the area, but the bed was very comfortable and the views were breathtaking.

Oh wow! Stunning! We visited Eden roc sky bar for drinks. Lovely drinks and fab views! But the most impressive of all was - my friend felt unwell and the staff could not be more helpful. Big shout to out to Pascal the man on reception. So caring and helped us meet our driver all whilst caring for our friend who was unwell. Thank you so much!

Hotel Eden Roc was fabulous! What a charming hotel that does everything right. Wonderful service, amazing food, lovely rooms and the views are about a good as you get anywhere! We loved our stay and are sad to leave tomorrow. Pascal was especially helpful and friendly. He immediately makes you feel like you are part of the family! We just loved him. If you are thinking Eden Roc, don’t hesitate.

This was our second time staying at Eden Roc. We were warmly welcomed by the staff members we fondly remembered from the previous trip. Pascal at the front desk made sure our arrival and stay were comfortable. He went above and beyond every step of the way. Tony at the breakfast room is such a personality and goes out of his way to make sure you have an enjoyable breakfast with special treats and champagne. We also loved to see Franco again with his impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. The rooftop restaurant is a must - it’s an unforgettable setting with a gorgeous view and the food and drinks are amazing. Perfect for a special occasion. The property is a short walk away from all the beautiful shops and restaurants of Positano. It’s well maintained and beautiful but the service is what really makes Eden Roc stand out. They make you feel like family. I can’t wait to visit again!
