We had the most incredible experience at Eden Roc Positano! Our family of six (three adults and three children) stayed in the beautiful two-bedroom suite, and it was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with breathtaking views that made us never want to leave. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. A special thank you to Tony, Pascal, and Marcella—you went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable. Your warmth, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. We enjoyed every part of the hotel: dining at ROC Pizza, Adamo (all delicious!), a wonderful wine and olive oil tasting experience, and relaxing swims in the sparkling pool. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding at every turn. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a place where both adults and kids feel equally pampered, but Eden Roc managed to do just that. We left with full hearts, happy memories, and a promise to ourselves that we will be back again. Thank you for making our time in Positano so special!

I highly recommend this hotel for your Positano visit. The location is a 10 min walk only from the shopping and water. It is up hill going to the hotel from the jet ferry so let them know when you are coming and they will have someone pickup your luggage for you. I saw others attempting to drag theirs and it looked miserable. The room was perfect. We had a 2 bedroom which was great for my family of 4. They have breakfast included each morning and the two restaurants on site are the best in the area. We preferred ROC a litle over Adam & Eve but both were very good. We loved that they had a pool to use. The bar is next to the pool, so grabbing a drink and relaxing in the refreshing pool after a day of shopping and sightseeing before dinner worked out perfectly. The last thing is the staff was all great. They made sure to always help out with advice and always smilng and a pleasure to work with. Don't hesitate booking here. Well worth the money!
