"Weekly stays for the past two years"

We have stayed at Bishop Ranch East weekly for the past two years while we visit our granddaughter. We have been unfailingly impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and convenience we find here. We particularly appreciate the warmth, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly the managers Mary, Shelley and Allison. They are so welcoming and always remember our special requests for the room.

"The best stay"

We stayed there for like more than two weeks and my wife and I really enjoyed our time. The ladies from the reception and the gentleman who always work late treated us very friendly and offered us lots of help. Totally recommanded.

"Excellent stay"

When I arrived the front desk associate was extremely patient with me and gave amazing customer service. Also the other female associate was super nice as well. Great service and really nice and spacious rooms. Will definitely be returning.

"Great place if you need a longer stay in a hotel"

The front desk staff is exceptional. Check in was easy, and all inquiries were promptly answered. The first room we were booked in had a bad smell, and we were quickly given several other rooms to select. Our new room had German cockroaches, and the bug company came the next day. Our bath tub drips, and we are still waiting for that to be fixed. We would typically not stay in an extended stay hotel, and we were concerned about the cleanliness and clientele. Both turned out to be less of an issue. Great location, and comfortable bed.
