Terrible Check in experience. Booked a queen room and the first room we were put in smelled awful. The second room was a king, but it was not clean. Ken, who worked at the desk could not put us in any other room but a two-double bedroom for a couple. Absolutely no help. There’s a reason why I haven’t booked with this chain before and it just reaffirmed my concerns that it’s trash. So disappointed.

Shelley is the nicest person and she so helpful with showing you the room. Just in general it’s one on the nicest extended hotel I stayed at.

Good location. Ok room - not the cleanest (not dirty, per se, but just didn't feel sparkly clean). Odd that there is only one trash can in the whole space and it is in the bathroom. If it is "extended stay" it seems like there should be more trash receptacles. No recycling, which surprised me. Burnt out light bulb in bedside lamp. Bed kind of hard. Room had a bit of an odd smell. Maybe this is usual for extended stay hotels, but there are no toiletries provided unless you ask for them, not even soap. Free wifi is good - decent speed and easy to log into. Nice that you can open the windows a bit to get some fresh air. Good that parking is free. Most reviews here focus on the friendly staff. We didn't really have that experience. I mean, no one was UNFRIENDLY, but only the person who checked us in said hello. The other times we walked past the front desk there was either no one there, or the person there didn't greet us. All in all, an okay place to stay. Nothing to "write home about", but not bad.
