Hyatt Place Nashville Airport

Closeness to the airport, comfortable bed.

Hallways felt dirty, breakfast was cheap and cold not much of an option.

Nothing was lost or the clean pictures

The smell and comfort were not at all to my liking I felt like I was in the wrong place the entire night not a comfortable sleep

The room was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable!

The booking website said there was a bar/restaurant on site. We had driven 4 hours and was disappointed that there was a restaurant on site.

great location, and a clean well equipped room, staff very helpful, and breakfast was good.

Insulting to the Hyatt Brand! Completely false advertising... there is no restaurant or bar, in fact I doubt they have a liquor license at all! The tv didn't work and the surfaces were all scratched and old. It's bait and switch at its finest!

I would not recommend this location. It is below the standards of the Hyatt’s that I usually stay in… somehow I was charged for a day that I did not stay.… Still waiting for a resolution. Not as clean as I would like in the common areas. Furniture that need repaired. Breakfast needs revamped . The fruit looked old. we left the hotel to have breakfast. OK customer service.No bar. Shower drain repair is very sloppy.
