Hyatt Place Nashville Airport

Great location, close to the airport, 15 min distance from Broadway and others main places, several dinning options around to be reach even by walking, shuttle and breakfast included, good room and good staff service

The property was not clean there was dust everywhere the bed had mold on it also there were cigarette burn holes in the coach and on the carpet

I appreciated the comfort of the bed.

The heating/air was really loud hard to sleep. The room was dated and old. My towel had a huge hole in it.

Even though signs were posted in the eating area about not taking food out of the eating area, this rule was not consistently enforced. A group of men, apparently staying there for more than one night, filled Tupperware containers with large amounts of food, wiping out some of the choices for other guests. These choices were not refilled, even though breakfast hours were only halfway done. Maybe after we left they were refilled; but for T lest 45 minutes, they were not replenished. I sent an email to the manager. As of yet, my email has not been acknowledged. This does not say much for guest relations.

Would never stay there again. Hotel advertised airport shuttle yet there was none available when we arrived. Front desk was unresponsive. Old room with no electrical outlets near bed and insistent flashing red lights on phone. GM is not responsive and front desk person gave no guidance.

Staff very courteous

Breakfaat was very ordinary.
