They were very professional our first room the air conditioner didn't work she had no problem with missing a room that air conditioning didn't work they deliver towels to our room and they were very nice and versatile and very professional

Room not like pictures, needs updates badly. Alot of damage to walls ,rug , furniture really dated. Was placed in section for locals that live there. Door didn't lock or hang right. Front desk told me they will move me to better room never happened Shower leaks the whole time Room very musky just bad Ppl knocking on door thru night

Owner has bad and unprofessional my way or highway attitude toward his client. Refuse to check in without the physical creditcard that was used to pay for the booking, even brought up the applepayment credit card in wallet with full driver license to validate the booking and payment for myself. Refuse to recredit and being super rude to third party booking company.

This hotel and its rooms are wore out. Our 1st room smelled like weed and we were going to live with it because it was cheap. Then there was hair in the bed. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. It smelt fine and the bed was okay. The air conditioner ran all night and it still wasn’t comfortable. Spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else.

Property overall was what we expected. We had a non-smoking room that had clearly not been non-smoking. The entire room and the bed linens had a distinct odor of stale cigarette smoke. The jacuzzi tub was missing half the buttons, had a large hole in the front edging, and I don't even know what to make if the top portion with missing pieces and silicon seals. Needless to say it did not get used. A dirty washcloth was caught in the top of the shower curtain. There were dead bugs in the corner of the bathroom. The refrigerator did not work and smelled musty. Would have expected this from a $90/night room, not a $180/night room. The edging around the tub was loose and a trip hazard. The shower overall was nice and hot and had good water pressure.

The ambiance of the cigarette burns on the plastic surfaces in the bathroom gave off a country charm against the noisy backdrop of the Nascar engine whine in the distance from the race way a block away. Great check in experience. For under $100, its the Ritz Carlton and I expect no less. Hotel last updated during the Nixon presidency.

The manager was ready to scam the moment I called him out on him being rude and disrespectful with checking in. He walked away from the front desk cursing at me after I asked for his name. He said he will not help me so I can get double charged! BEWARE OF SCAMMER!!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

My nephew and niece couldn't swim. Roaches in room found quite a few

Had to have the sheets changed and the floor was very sticky. Otherwise an ok accomodation.
