"VERY NICE AND CLEAN HOTEL "

The staff are wonderful. Everyone from the front desk ladies and gents to the cleaning staff are very kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The morning hot breakfast was so delicious and so many items

Nice and clean rooms and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was nice and they have so many items , waffle, sausage, biscuits, gravy, eggs extra. and very resendable price for the rooms. the beds are very comfy and soft . We definitely stay here again

My friend and I were in town for one night to see a show at Newton Performing Arts Center. From the moment we checked in until we left we had a great experience. The owners are lovely people, and their kids even got off the school bus at the hotel that afternoon, so it was cute seeing their family dynamic. It’s an older motel, for sure, but they do a good job of keeping it clean and presentable. We don’t require anything fancy for just a night or two…just a place to sleep. Everything was clean, there were no bugs at all, the beds were comfortable, and at night it’s very well lit (we are two women, so safety is important!). It’s a very laid back place. The man who checked us in (I’m assuming the owner) was so funny and joked around with us. It was just a very pleasant experience!

Room very much out of date. Fire alarm hanging off the wall. Didn’t work. Shower curtain hangers were broken. Air unit wasn’t working properly. Safe was rusted. Leaking bath faucet. Seems like the room could use a lot of help. Even the bed was poor. The hotel workers were kind to us at check in and checkout. Etc.

Absolutely terrible customer service was horrible asked for 250 deposit I was livid for the type of room. Disrespectful I walked out. I would definitely like a refund to my card please.
