Days Inn by Wyndham Conover-Hickory

Was treated unprofessionally with discrimination. Did not even help and walked off from the front desk after saying he wanted me to get double charged! Unacceptable! Will contact corporate!

Guy at front desk was very unprofessional. Started raging at me when i questioned the price due to it being almost twice what i normally pay there and have always booked through this application. Wanted to wager me 500 dollars that he was correct when i was looking at the current price and my past receipts. I just went elsewhere

I was told the booking would be canceled and had a confirmation email saying it was canceled. Than this morning it showed “completed” I was told I would receive a refund but never did. Just tired of dealing with it. Yall got a free payment of $90.40 so congratulations!

Inexpensive. Great staff

This was the most expensive low end hotel I have ever stayed in. We decided at last minute to stay in town and not drive back because I was having trouble with my back. Found this room with a jacuzzi tub and thought that would help with the back issues. The tub was from the 1990’s at best. The floor had some kind of 1/2 inch thick border strip between the carpet and the tile. My husband and I both stubbed our toes on it in the middle of the night. The ceiling in the tub and toilet area is peeling and fell on me while sitting on the toilet. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable making my back issues worse. I went to look the next morning to see what kind of mattress it was and the mattress cover had so many stains it looked like a crime scene and I didn’t go any further. When checking in and out, we had to wait forever for someone to help us, my husband actually had to go find someone to check in.

This is my go-to whenever I'm in Hickory or Conover on business. The owners and even the staff are all great! I seriously don't have one negative thing to say about this place. Come visit! I promise you, they're looking forward to meeting you!!!

This hotel is constantly working to maintain the property. It looks great! They just recently had their parking area done. AMAZING!! Literally everyone at this Days Inn is great!! Good hearted people!! Breakfast has everything! Gotta get you biscuits, gravy and sausage!! Highly recommend visiting. Location is perfect too!!

I will never stay here again. First, the woman that checked me in was very rude about everything, even complaining because I used my app to get the room. The door keys barely worked, lighting was very dull, things were broken throughout the room, the shower head,diverter both were broken. Their was a hole in the wall by the bathroom, people in and out all hours of the day and night. (Most of the time same people and they weren't staying there). If i had to do things over i would have gotten my money back and changed motels.

Not recommended. Room needs a lot work
