The beds were very comfortable Close to holiday world

The breakfast wasn't served fast enough or conveniently for example they would put out fresh gravy but no biscuits Also the toilets were a constant issue

Staff were very attentive for the most part.

The noise at night sounded like someone was trying to get in the door but no one was there. Happened on 2 nights.

The air was off in the room when we checked in. It was about 80° in there. It took to well over midnight to cool the room off. The shower head looked like it was 20 years old. Calcium built up. Stepped on what appeared to be tiny sliver of glass and my bare feet in the room

The staff was phenomenal and so very kind! We came across multiple staff members and each were exceedingly nice!

The room was gross. There were public hairs and boogers in the shower. It made us question the cleanliness of the beds and other areas.

People were slamming doors. The refrigerator in room 324 made a loud clicking noise and woke me several times during the night. I am a semi-light sleeper. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

"Double charged"

Got double charged for a room, new desk attendant was not being supervised while doing a check in. The head clerk did fix the charges, but takes 3 days to get my money back. Also, the room had a small ant issue on the 2nd floor.
