The only elevator was out of service for our complete stay of three days. And for two of the three days they missed my wake up call with no excuses.

"Following my stay at this Holiday Inn, I would not stay here again."

The breakfast was decent at this location, no complaints there.

The elevator was broken off and on majority of the time as I stayed there. The bathroom was not to what my standards would be. The shower curtain rod was loose and hanging down and the shower head sprayed water all over the floor. Also, the bed was not as comfortable as others had reviewed.
