"We’d visit again!"

We went for the Christmas lights and it was right behind the hotel, which was perfect. Staff was friendly and everything seemed clean. They also had beautiful Christmas decorations in the lobby.

Only downside was the parking was tricky because people going to the light show were also using the same parking lot. I imagine on a normal weekend that wouldn’t be an issue.

Clean rooms loved the comfortable mattresses decorated very nice for the holiday .the lady in the breakfast room was very kind and sweet .food was great .! and the lady Kiki at the front desk was very customer orientated. And the lady that helped with room service was a sweetheart to .and the GM was very helpful .

Not getting to be able to upgrade to a bay view 😒 room because we booked thru a 3rd party .I did not know this so will know to be more aware next time.
