Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Ocean City by IHG

Location was amazing walk to the beach and a great park with a pier behind all walking. There were days we didn’t even get into the car. Just walked to the beach and then went to the pool. Bagel shop in the parking lot is phenomenal

Good breakfast, location is also good. The mattresses on both beds are so old and the spring is directly hurting the body, we could not sleep.

The mattresses on both beds are so hard and the spring is hurting the body, no comfort at all. It was horrible to sleep on that kind of mattresses.

The room was nice and clean.

The staff was not helpful in securing a refund when I needed to change my dates.

Small variety

Proximity to the beach was great. Also, the Northside Park with walking trail and pier right behind the hotel was a fun bonus. The breakfast was just what we needed to start our days! The outdoor pool was large, clean, and a peaceful break from the ocean waves.

It would be helpful to guests (and to cleaning staff too I think) if there was an easily accessible outdoor shower to get rid of sand before entering hotel.

Location was close to the beach and had an indoor and outdoor pool.

Doors slam literally. It’s obvious they slam which they should fix but more so the guests should know because it’s incredibly loud when the door closes that it slams and should take care in just holding the door slightly so they make minimal noise. Walls are so thin. When someone knocks, you can’t tell if they are knocking on your door or someone else’s door 3 doors down.

Very clean facility very friendly and helpful staff. Outside pool was very clean and kid friendly.

The refrigerator did not work in our room. The only fix from the hotel was to switch rooms. The indoor pool was very cloudy and looked greenish in color. The pool was very small and only 3 feet deep.
