"The hotel met all of our needs and more."

Well, we requested and paid extra for Bayview 2 queen bed" and did not receive a view of the bay. However, we did receive a view of the beautiful Christmas lights and fire works display, which was our main purpose, so we didn't complain. The room was comfortable, the room and hotel itself was extremely clean and updated. The hotel had Christmas lights and decorations that were nicely displayed which raised our spirits. We had a great time.

I guess I did not realize that if you book a room through a 3rd party like Booking.com, the hotel/hotels seem to wash their hands of solving any room discrepancies that may not have aligned with what you signed up or paid for.

"For a great place to stay at a great price, it was perfect."

The staff was great. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect because we went to the festival of lights in Ocean City, Md.

We couldn't find anything that we didn't like.
