Location was great, front desk and concierge staff wonderful Rooms were spotless and comfortable and fabulous view

Disappointed in the Alpine Social staff and food considering this is a five star expensive resort I had higher expectations Drinks from the bar were great - server came and took our menus after we ordered drinks and we called her over … she asked are you concerned about the time for our order …. We told her she forgot to take our order.. she thought we were another table apparently.. then when food came it was barely average and not worth the amount we paid Just based on this and a few other experiences I would not come stay again this was not worth the value

We booked a King Size Room. When we arrived they asked us if this was a special occasion. When they found out it was for a significant birthday they looked after us VERY well! Cannot rate the check in service more highly.

Nothing everything was brilliant!

Unfortunatly we experienced many errors which was unfortunate, however the conceirege, royal service and driving team couldnt have done more to rectify and find alternatives, so for this reason we are very happy. Dennys the driver rescued us twice and helped us find info for our onward journey. Only downside and suprise given prices, was a lack or privicy and peace for hotel guests. Outside the cafe, visitors were sat covering the floor and thw lake view was loud and full. Not much that can be done and the hotel dont own the lake. We had a beautiful meal in walliser stube with great staff. Breakfast menu and buffet were lovely and fresh. stunning terrace for cocktails and food with heaters. We took a short guided hike - our guide kevin was so informative and worked with the groups differing abilities. Overall great stay!

As a loyal Hyatt Globalist and Hilton Diamond member, I am well-accustomed to high-tier elite recognition, but the service I received as a Fairmont Gold guest at this property completely raised the bar. I have never felt so genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. This was my first time staying at a Fairmont property, and the world-class, personable service left an incredible impression. In particular, I want to formally recognize Fernaldy at the Fairmont Gold Reception. He went entirely above and beyond to make our stay memorable, demonstrating the kind of exceptional hospitality that makes you want to return. Additionally, Evan at the Walliser Stube, Caitlynn at the Louisa provided exceptional, high-level service that was absolutely flawless. The facilities and the iconic location itself were just as breathtaking and wonderful as expected. Thanks to the outstanding care from team members like Fernaldy, Evan, and Caitlynn, I will absolutely be looking to book Fairmont properties wherever my future travels take me. Management should be incredibly proud of this team!

Chose a lake view king, but they offered a room where we had to look in diagonal to even be able to see the lake. The waiter at the Fairview restaurant didn't give good service and didn't seem to care, told me "thanks for the assist" when he noticed we had been needing to refill our wine glasses ourselves. The burrata was very bland, I wouldn't consider this a foodie destination at all. There was a smoke alarm problem in our room on arrival which took a good 30 minutes to fix so we had to put our clothes back on and chill with a maintenance guy in the room as our desire dwindled.

the views are magnificent! the staff are lovely and cant help enough, a special shout out to Tash at the concierge desk, she is a darling! the prices are high for dining etc but you wont be disappointed, highlights were lunch and dinners at the Lakeview, looking over Lake Louise and enjoying the sunset over the mountains from my room. The hikes from the hotel are lovely and I highly recommend you do them all! bear spray and any other gear you need can be borrowed from the hotel. Staying at the lake once all the visitors go is really nice!

Everything. We had an amazing stay.

The only very minor things were the water pressure in the shower was a bit too low and and it was difficult to find a convenient power point when ironing.
