"No one beats fairmont and their Employees"

We are comeing here and it was always great but this time it was off the chart. The people working there are pure professionals ESPECIALLY , Jatinder , Amina and The Manager Sharma in the Gold lounge were very very professional. Chef Cano was so much fun while making breakfasr and making you feel like family . Mr. Menon at the Bar in the lobby also made the moments special for our family. Fairmont and their employees make Canadian rokies experience ABSOLUTELY UNFORGETTABLE !

The Basin experience and the Customer service

The gym, some machines were not working properly and it was very little for a hotel such as Fairmont.

"Stunning setting."

Lovely hotel and nice staff. The good is excellent but as elsewhere drinks are very expensive. There is a good range of shops as well. A great spot for exploring the area.

Location. Lovely, very helpful staff. Mentioned at check in that our trip was for 40 year anniversary and we were given a bottle of prosecco which was a nice gesture.

Room was a lot smaller than I expected. The fridge in the room had a few small cartons of creamer in it, would have been nice to have some fresh milk. I asked for milk and was given more of the small cartons. The living room space was a bit disappointing.
