We had the most incredible stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Staying on the Gold level made our trip truly special. The views were absolutely spectacular, the food was outstanding, and every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. We were grateful that Anna for helped us get the perfect room for our stay she was so lovely and accommodating. Rolland on the Gold floor was incredibly helpful throughout our visit and made everything seamless. Romeo made the most amazing breakfasts every morning and was so warm and kind. The entire team created such a memorable experience for our family. We left already looking forward to coming back!

Stayed here recently as it was onour bucket list. What to say. The accommodation fantastic. We upgraded to a lake view room which was money well spent. All staff were fantastic from Jade and Amy on reception to Jim and AJ in the Fairview Restaurant, which was great to celebrate our wedding anniversary and the Louisa Restaurant for breakfast. Food excellent hats off to the chefs. Views spectacular. Money well spent. Would we go back? Absolutely and twice on Sundays.

You pay a lot to stay there and then you pay a lot again to enjoy the facilities

The average rating is strictly reflective of the excessive cost for the rooms and the multiple hidden "add-on" costs that you are not informed about at the time of reserving. This includes a $50/night resort fee, a $45/day to self park, and not to mention all the tourism taxes (over $100/night!). It's unfortunate that such a wonderful place has a need to nickel and dime to death its customers. Otherwise, the facility is exceptional, staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well appointed and the food is high quality. Given cost and hidden expenses, we will not return.

What an incredible view from the Fairmont! I walked out on frozen Lake Louise, It was a bright sunny day, windy on the frozen lake, but exhilarating! There is a trail you can hike to a lookout point but I stayed close to the ground. We ate in the hotel, drank in the hotel, our room was spacious and accommodating. The air is a bit thin for some but clean and fresh!

This Fairmont property features stunning architecture and the views are beautiful year-round. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We initially had an issue with our first room (we were unaware that some room categories do not have air conditioning), but the front desk promptly offered us alternative options. We highly recommend upgrading to Fairmont Gold which offers many great amenities including a lovely private lounge on the top floor.

The basin was so nice I really enjoyed it so much to do and the pool was crazy nice everyone that worked there are so nice too. The hotel room had such a nice view. The shower was nice big rain shower. Everything was very clean. Coffee is very good. Such pretty hiking trails. The food was so good all the Restaurant’s & bars.

I wish they had a Resturant that you could eat with your dog even if it was outside or tables in the lobby . Room service is good but not the same as a Resturant or bar.maybe have a bar that you can take your pet to would be nice.
