The hotel front desk was very helpful! I had forgotten bottled water for my C-PAP machine and thr gentleman working the front desk, (I wish I would have gotten his name, but he was working 3rd shift on the night of jan 10, 2026) brought me 2 bottles of water to room 410. It was very nice and my family appreciated it very much!!!

There wasn't much to NOT like. But, if I had to say anything, it was the 2 elevators being out. But that wasn't a deal breaker. We got our steps in!!

Loved the location.

A very large bug ran across the floor when we returned to the room at night. My daughter is bug-phobic and nearly lost it with such a large one. I stomped on it and called downstairs. The hotel was booked, but luckily, they were able to find us another room. We forgot our tea and they saved the day by setting it aside for us!
