They'll blame a glitch in the system and not even pretend to care after they've ruined your plans. STAY AWAY. I really hope the GM of Saco Comfort Inn gets Fired!!!!!
It was right off the highway so it was easy to find. It was also easy to get into town to the stores and the restaurants.
This comfort inn at Saco ME was a good choice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a definite plus for us. Was a great experience overall. Would recommend this.

USI arrived mid-afternoon on April 9, 2022. I got room 217, one of the best accessible rooms, which was perfect for my disabled knees. Throughout the visit, the staff was friendly and helpful, and so were the guests. Breakfast was top notch, and I was able to get bottles of water from the vending machine when my water cups were gone. The only real problem I had was with the TV channel lineup. They did not have Investigation Discovery or Oxygen, so I was short on entertainment, aside from local news and a couple of movies. The bed was soft and comfortable, and so was the rest of the furniture. I don't know if I'll come back for another visit.
Visiting UNE with our son we stayed over this past weekend, very conveniently nearby the campus, very comfortable beds, unfortunately, there was a basketball team so they were rather loud, other than that I recommend this other for its location and comfort.
Was not able to sleep at all due to screaming,yelling and slamming of doors .. I was on the 4th floor it was aweful and I had to drive 10 hours the next day home
Checked into my room to discover a big keak in the ceiling and wall. It was late so I did not mention it that night. When I told the front desk agent the next morning they did not offer me any solution and just told me that there is consturction on the 5th floor (i was on the 2nd). Left without finishing my stay.
