My daughter and I book this hotel last minute, I was not disappointed. The rooms, bathrooms, the hallways and even the property was clean... the breakfast is to die for. Little mini- waffle iron... my daughter loved it. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there.
The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in!
USWe booked this hotel last minute after our original booking at the extended stay hotel was disgusting. This hotel was excellent. We got a 2 room suite which was extremely clean. It smelled fresh. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The breakfast consisted of omelettes and sausages, yogurts, juices, assorted muffins, scones, breads, hard boiled eggs, coffees, teas, cocoa’s. More than enough by any standards during this pandemic. The room was extremely quiet and top notch n my opinion. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Maine.

This used to be a Hampton Inn and I always stayed there because of the location. I decided to try it to see if they maintained the Hampton Inn level of service. Overall it was equal with one exception, single ply toilet paper. Really? That is where you decided to cut costs? I think you could afford a decent sheet of toilet paper for your guests.
Staglff was excellent. Elevator needs updating.
It was clean and quiet, and the breakfast was excellent.
The good: For me, the beds are very comfortable. They are some type of Simmons Beauty rest, not too soft, not too firm. Meanwhile I am the princess and the pea about beds. so. The bad: I feel it needs better upkeep- The heating unit was so noisy that I had to heat the room up, then shut the heater off for the night so I could sleep. I stayed there at Thanksgiving and not of the soda vending machines worked, some "network" issue. A month later I stayed again, still not fixed. No water or soda for me! So yeah, great beds, but upkeep needed!
We were happy to get a room and avoid driving in unsafe winter weather. All staff that we met were very nice. This is a dog-friendly hotel and we saw several dogs in the lobby and elevator.
Rooms/sleep sofa dated... Tub needs to be replaced - could hardly stand in it... rounded sides practically NO flat surface to stand on. room dark, needs update. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast poor/fair... ugh Your reviews were "9.2..Superb" NOT AT ALL SUPERB!!!! Mediocre at best
