Comfort Inn Saco - Old Orchard Beach

We had a great time during our stay here. The hotel was extremely clean, well organized and the rooms were very spacious. Staff was very friendly and was willing to help whenever needed. Complimentary breakfast was extraordinary and the free coffee 24/7 was a huge bonus. Definitely using this place again if I am in the area.

The woman stocking and supervising breakfast was cheerful and very organized.

Hotel is only a little ways away from food and activities. Staff were nice and safety protocols for covid were efficient. Room was clean and I had no problems. The pool was small but clean and cleaned daily. I will be staying again!

Friendly staff, good location between Portland and Kennebunk and nice breakfast. The room is a good size with comfortable beds. The bathroom starts to show some wear and would be better if it were renovated. Overall, a good stay!

Smear marks were all over the full length mirror outside of the bathroom. We also found a plastic spoon under the fitted sheet which tells us the sheets were never changed from the previous guests for our stay. Such unacceptable cleaning practices especially in times of COVID!!

I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past whivh were wonderful. Not this time. Found it very expensive for a 2 night stay not e en near the beach. The pool water was green, very unattractive and not inviting. Fire alarms at 630 for burnt toast. Dirty sheets. Limited food products for breakfast with limited seating. On a high note though, staff at the Hampton Inn in Saco were very nice and helpful Will not be going to Maine anytime in the near future

This place was average for what it was used for. The beds were good. I would recommend to not book through a 3rd party site for this hotel if your looking to get a good room or be able to change your room because they will use that you used a 3rd party site against you. The room was ok. You can see the hotel needs work. Our room bathroom sink had a huge Crack across it. The tube had what look like it was mildew in the grout. Unless you request housekeeping to come to your room everyday they will not stop by to clean your room. I wiped the room down before I let my 5 month old do anything because I wasnt sure if they had been clean in the last 24 hours or not. The staff was extremely nice. The major problem with the hotel was the pool water was green blue not the normal blue. Like every other place you would pass on the way to Old Orichad Beach was blue. So all in all.. it was ok.

We spent 3 nights here was able to get a early check in which was amazing since we had been on the road for 15 hrs. Got there 30 mins earlier then our expected early arrival time and was met by Ian at the front desk. Words can not describe the warm welcome I received from him. He was so helpful with all the questions we had about local food and sights to see. Every worker from front desk, breakfast , housekeeping and maintenance were friendly from our first day to last. Hotel was sold out for our whole stay but yet the hotel was quiet and stayed cleaned while breakfast was stocked all morning. I would highly recommend this spot. It's in a quite wooded setting yet not far from all the tourist spots.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and friendly service. Yummy and clean breakfast area. Comfortable big beds. Nice heated pool. Didn't want to leave!
