"Updated bathroom was a huge plus, Gabriel who worked the front desk provided phenomenal customer service."

The property was somewhat tucked in its own location away from the busy streets.

The elevator was small and there were a lot of people waiting at once.

"Awful staff who do not follow policy and procedures."

Free parking, room was rather clean, and price was nice.

Machines were not working at the front desk and the next morning before check out housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:38am. At 9:53am staff came back and unlocked the door trying to enter unannounced. If it wasn’t for our door stopper they would’ve entered into my partner and I having sex. Staff was notified but was extremely rude and said I was lying after a back and forth over the 5 days after checking out.

"Disappointing— not recommended"

I am a longtime HH diamond member / business traveler and will never stay at this hotel again. I usually like the Hampton Inn brand but let’s just say my stay at Hampton Inn Milpitas was not pleasant. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The location is great, bed is comfortable and the room is clean. The person on duty, friday night on july 11 was so kind she let us use the dining area to have dinner with few family member and celebrate my nephews birthday. She even asked we need cutleries, and gave some cookies. We invited her, but she said she's okay. I doubt if the manager was on duty he would not let us. He will just told us that it's just for breakfast buffet.

The manager. I believe his name is Gabriel. We had an issue about the card used to pay with the booking. He wanted me to call booking.com, i did. The agent helped me a lot. We almost waited an hour, where in fact he can suggest early on that we can just cancel the booking, give us a refund and book again using my card this time. We have a 4 yr old with us. He could just said that instead of wanting me to call the booking.com. I just hope by this time, refund is already posted in card that was used.
