Hotel manager Gabriel Lebaron lacks hospitality and is Very disrespectful. They will leave you out of your room once already paid and keep the money. When I first checked in, front desk agent Aastha Patel showed how inexperienced she was and started making accusations out of no where. Another gentlemen at the front desk, who refused to give his name, threatened to call the cops (he didn’t call because he had no reason to). I didn’t feel safe nor welcomed anymore and since the manager refused to let me in my booked room I asked him to cancel the reservation. He was “too busy” to cancel it and kicked me out while mentioning that’ll he’ll get to it the next day when he had time. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. I have been going to both Hilton and Hamptons around the Bay Area and this the first time I felt mistreated. I highly recommend NOT booking at this location.

Like the breakfast provided, clean, hot and the lady there was very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely appalling experience. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied—someone else's luggage and clothes were in the room. Shocked and uncomfortable, we immediately returned to the front desk. The staff admitted it was their mistake, blaming a “very big party of tourists” for the mix-up. But instead of properly fixing the issue, they told us there were no other rooms available except for a king bed room, which was not what we booked. Even worse, the manager, known by many reviews for his bad attitude, spoke to us over the phone in a rude and dismissive tone. He said we had only two options: accept the wrong room without any compensation, or cancel our reservation altogether. That’s it. We had flown over 600 miles from Seattle, exhausted after a long trip, only to be met with such unprofessional and disrespectful service. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s always a very good stay. Staff are so accomodating and hospitable. Breakfast is always satisfying.

Nice and clean room. Walking distance to the huge shopping plaza. Will stay again
