Good place and location

I had a deeply disturbing experience at this location that I feel compelled to share. During a recent stay, the manager, Gabriel, treated me and my coworker with extreme disrespect. He was rude, confrontational, and made completely false accusations that we had smoked in our room — which we absolutely did not. When we tried to calmly clarify the situation, he escalated things instead of resolving them. Shockingly, his behavior included racial slurs and offensive language that were not only unprofessional but blatantly racist. No one should ever be subjected to such hatred especially from someone in a position of authority at a hotel brand like Hampton Inn. After multiple complaints, we did receive a refund. However, the harassment didn’t stop there. Gabriel actually called my personal phone days later, yelling and making slanderous claims, including threatening to call my employer with false accusations. I have filed formal complaints with Hilton corporate and am exploring other appropriate avenues to address this situation. I strongly caution anyone considering staying at this location while he is under management.

The property has great amenities, the continental breakfast has a good variety. Great location for easy access to the freeway.

$50 incidentals fee that's not listed anywhere. I'm a hhonors diamond member, I booked through hhonors. Just know that the hit you with that fee per night on top of regular charge. The man at the counter was rude. Don't bother trying to check in early, that just say come back at 3 then they walk away.

Front desk was friendly as well as breakfast staff. I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in the room of how roomy, clean, and comfortable it was. I’ll definitely book again.

Good list of pros and nitpicking on the cons. Pros: Quiet, friendly staff, nice comfortable stay, good breakfast, available gym, onsite pool Cons: small gym with free weights only, no in room safe
