"Excellent"

Hotel is good, team was very nice. Slava helped us a lot and was super nice. The garden around is beutiful. Inside pool is nice but in the past was warmer, for us it wasnt hot enough this time. The hotel use high quality food material for dinner but the main dishes wasn't so good

"A 4-stars hotel with a PR of a 7-stars"

The building is old and unpleasant (brutalist concrete), we waited a lot to check in, the room (Carmel Deluxe) was small, the food is okay, not great as expected from a 5-stars hotel, the pool was overly crowded, etc... Overall this is a 4-STAR hotel at best with a PR of better one. We have been in many hotels in Israel and were usually happy. This time we felt we must warn others.

Being situated on a remote mountain outside of Haifa, gives it a special feeling solitude. The treatments are very good, and the quality and variety of the food served is extraordinary. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is the perfect place

The outside location is really great. The garden maintenance is top notch. Rooms are ok but need renovation imho. Pool area is great as well. Relaxing. Spa treatment was very good. Tennis court not in a great shape with no fence, kept looking for the balls. Breakfast is very good, dinner not much so, more like above average restaurant, not 5 stars hotel. Service overall was very attentive but not very competent.

"For that price they should be better"

It is a lovely place with very good location and good food but for ~900$ per night the resort had to be superb, and it didn't: • The reception was slow. • The evening menu didn't change from day to day • The gym is much too small for a hotel this size and at time was Crowded • Even that we have a massage treatment at checkout time they were unable to give us a 1 hour late checkout, or didn't really trayed
