"The hotel requests hundreds of NIS in addition"

Pay attention to the payment when performed online. On-site we were charged hundreds of New Israeli Shekels in addition to the total sum declared online, even though it was clearly written the payment presented online included taxes.

We stayed 2 nights, and enjoyed every moment.The hotel is very nice and well kept. Covid- restricions are carefully applied. There is plenty of space inside and outside and there are 2 excellent swimming pools. The outdoors pool is sitated in the middle of a large beautiful park. Food is very good and service is excellent.

The hotel was at full capacity and there was no room for any spa treatments the whole time we were there - the only option we were given was when we had to be in breakfast. Check in took a long time and then we were sent elsewhere to book in meal times where it was written down by hand - a bit ridiculous in today's climate of computers and when no one wants to hang around in lobbies. By the time we got to our rooms and put our bags down and went to the spa nothing was left. This is a spa hotel and if the hotel is full capacity bring in more people to do treatments ! Overall it is a pleasant place great food but there are a lot of small things that need tweaking and improving. When the guest relations lady finally called me she tried to turn the whole conversation around blaming me for all of the issues - and saying that if I had club membership it would not have happened - I do have club membership but had to book through hotels. com bc there was no room directly !!! Suggest the manager goes undercover or sends someone to check everything since there were many small things that could have been avoided
