We had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the spa was fantastic. Highly recommend this getaway!!

This place was an absolute joke. It was horrible. There were previous guests' open beverages in our fridge. Keys didn't work twice. Cups filled with cigarette butts and garbage all over the place. Booked twin beds, got a full. Told they would remedy, never did. Used loofa pads in the shower in the filthy treatment room. Couldn't wait to leave. Very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with lots of things to do. The spa and the restaurant were the highlights. Nice, relaxing place to stay.

We like the view, very good swimming pool, the staff, and the excellent food , even on Saturday the coffee was cold . We also liked the extra activities, very good massage, and the nice gym exercises provided by Tom(the instructor) We din't like the room was no comfortable enough

Less good than some years ago. The first evening the food was very bad not acceptable for a 5 stars hotel. After that it was better but not as it should be. We made the best of it but were disappointed anyway. Good spa.

We are very seasoned travellers who are used to staying in top class hotels. We cannot fault this spa that is set in immaculately kept grounds. The management is excellent, as demonstrated by the efficient checkin, despite arriving at peak time on a very busy Saturday afternoon. Service in the dining room was friendly and well organised. The food was abundant and delicious. Despite being full, it was always possible to find a shady or sunny spot to relax. We have stayed here many times over the years and were delighted to find that it is even better than ever.

Building is tired and dated. Food and treatments are great though.

Oldie, dirty, very costly relatively to outdated facilities and very light nightly shows. Great dining experience but with many extra charges not coversd in the meal, e.g., bottled water in breakfast will cost extra. Very pricey wine bottles for dinner. Simply does not justify its inflated accommodation price.
