Wonderful as ever. Food was great as usual. Great to enjoy a BBQ again at the Carmel Spa. It was always a wonderful occasion but seems to have been off the menu since the Gaza War in 2014. Great to have it back ! Serving staff in Restaraunt are a different level to the staff that have been in the restaurant the last few times we have stayed. Very welcome improvement. Leisure facilities are still lovely. Rooms could do with an update and the bathrooms are now fairly ordinary. Still it’s a wonderfully peaceful resort which I look forward to visiting every year.

"Stay at the Carmel Spa"

The stay was pleasant though we did not receive the room that we ordered nor were the spa treatments that we ordered listed. The food was excellent.
