This is our favorite place to stay while in Williamsburg. The two pools and hot tub they have are very relaxing. The staff is great to deal with

The location was perfect for where we wanted to go. Very dog friendly which was very appreciative. Very nice and friendly staff there as well as hardworking.

The facility could be a little modified with newer furniture and new carpet as the floor felt sticky. Should have a better pet friendly spot, there weren't any poop bags. Parking could be a bit better as well, if you don't get to the hotel early you have to park so far from the entrance, which when you are tired it can be very frustrating when you just want to get to your room.

Ants in the room !! No mattress cover !! No room service Breakfast wasn’t being filled as being used , all the milk was expired No microwave Spa bubbles not working correctly

Williamsburg is a nice place

Like most hotels owned by this group there is no investment. Duct tape on carpet on the floors, tired 1980s decor, broken windows, terrible breakfast. Like staying at the shining hotel...
