Персонал внимательный. за исключением Рецепшена. Пляж отличный.

Я покупал и платил за улучшенный номер, а поселили на 1 этаже без окна на улицу. Заявив, что это предусмотрено моим бронированием, именно такой номер. А если я хочу его поменять, то должен доплачивать 80 евро в сутки. Поэтому вопрос к Booking почему я платил за улучшенный номер, а поселили, вероятно в самом плохом номере на 1 этаже без окна, что это предусмотрено заказом и соответственно оплатой от Booking. Поэтому я прошу разобраться с отелем, а мне вернуть разницу в цене от заказанного и оплаченному мною улучшенный номера и фактически выделенным.

Stunning location by the beach right near our favourite snorkelling spot Lovely pool area but expensive bar The sunset every night was wonderful

The room we had was near the road a nearby bar played live music very loud until 1am every night
