The hotel and grounds are amazing, clean and spacious. The room had a view of the see with fantastic sunsets. Found the beach very busy with rows and rows of sun beds and umbrellas.

The beach has been taken over by the rows of sun beds and was very crowded.

Расположение отличное, рядом много кафе и магазинов, первая линия. Территория красивая и ухоженная, завтраки отличные на любой вкус, комнаты тоже довольно ипосторные и светлые. В комнате вода, кофемашина .

Мы бронировали этот отель на последние три дня прибывания на Пхукете. Решили взять номер с видом на море , чуть выше цена но картинки на сайте завораживали видами. В итоге получили номер на первом этаже, в углу, над туалетом и конечно ни о каких видах речи не шло. Отелю необходимо такие номера вывести в другую категорию и цену. Сразу же обратились с просьбой поменять номер. Нам ответили , что номеров уже нет( было 15:00 время заезда) и чтоб мы приходили завтра после завтрака. На следующий день нам нужно было в 13:00 выехать и только в 15:00 мы получили другой номер( 2 часа без комнаты в самую жару) В итоге дали номер на втором этаже там вид был получше . Администратор крайне неприятная, все время говорит в наушниках по телефону, не понятно что и кому отвечает. И конечно разочарование, что у отеля нет своих стульев на пляже у моря . Необходимо ходить с территории или платить отдельно за стулья у моря
