Beyond Kata

The cleaning staff were wonderful and very helpful.

The communication (or lack there of) with the booking team at Beyond Kata wasn’t fantastic. Initially, we were told not to book the same deal as the people we went away with as we wouldn’t be able to secure a room booking but when we go to the hotel lots of the room were empty. Later when I had another inquiry about my booking, I spent a lot of time trying to get into contact with the reservation team via both email and phone, and was responded to with little regard for my concerns. When we spoke to the manger about our concerns, we were dismissed as we were booking.com customers ( as apparently it was booking.com’s problem not the hotel’s, which it was not) not as guests of the hotel which was disappointing.

Location, staff were friendly. Good aircon and gym was ok. Breakfast was good too.

The bed was far too hard, had a sore back and didn’t sleep well. The toilet had dirty water in it when we arrived.

Breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelette station. The location was perfect. The bed was hard, which I personally liked.

No ocean view, we just didn't get the room we were sold. Noise pollution Curtains need adjusting to be able to block the sun.

La ubicación es excelente. Está muy bien ubicado, sin sentir que estás en la mitad de la ciudad. La playa es buenísima, la piscina y desayuno excepcionales.

Creo que el precio es un poco alto para el hotel. Pero tuvimos una muy buena estancia. Si tuvimos un pequeño problema en el desayuno, el omelet, el sarten probablemente de teflón, estaba muy usado y venían pedazo de teflón en el huevo. Se lo hicimos saber a la administradora, pero al día siguiente seguían usando el mismo sarten. No nos hicieron ninguna atención por el mal rato.
