Staff at the reception was very poor

Lovely design, interior and nice pool area with wonderful pool bar staff. Breakfast was wonderful and kind, helpful staff in this area. The beach was large and clean with a few good reasonably priced restaurants walkable distance. Excellent music entertainment in the evening. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and quite soundproof. Loved the open air Thai design of the hotel.

The front desk staff were perhaps overworked and interaction was abrupt and not rude but brusque. The cashier was unable to provide change on three occasions which I had not encountered in other Thai hotels. The other thing that was disappointing was that even though it is beachfront, the beach loungers and umbrellas are not part of the hotel, so payment is needed for rental. Not the hotels fault but my misunderstanding of beachfront, I guess.

The pool area and the breakfast variety and the view to Kata beach. They allow the kids to participate in the pool activities and other activities related to the hotel which add good experience.

The breakfast didn’t have Halal options for Muslims. The room was small compared to other rooms .

We had a wonderful stay at Beyond Kata and would definitely return. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beachfront with beautiful views and easy access to everything. We stayed in a pool access room, which was fantastic – being able to step straight into the pool from our room made the experience extra special. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. What really stood out for us, though, was the exceptional service. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, Glen Ferrer. He is an excellent manager – very helpful, professional, and always visible and approachable. It is clear that he truly cares about the guests and the smooth running of the hotel. His presence made a real difference to our experience. The staff in general were friendly and attentive, and we felt well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team at Beyond Kata for a memorable experience.

Odaya küçük bir masa sandalye istiyorsun hayır odaya ilave malzeme koyamayiz diyen kötü bir yönetici bayan var. Odayı değiştirmek icin defalarca görüştüm 10.000 THB isteyen müdüre bayana bu otel 7 yıldızlı bir otelmi? Diye soruyorum diyorki şimdi müşteri çok. Yani fırsatçı bir otel. booking com daki farkı 4.000 THB ödeyelim diyorum. Olmaz diyen çok kötü yönetici müdüre var. Para iade etmiyorlar. Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır bir otel. 14 günlük ödediğim otelden en kıssa sürede başka otele taşınacağım.
