Clean, easy access to everything, and the personnel very kind and helpful.

Just a couple of people, a white chubby guy at the bar, I asked him a question a couple times and he looked away, totally ignored me. That day I didn’t buy any drinks at the pool bar because he didn’t want to talk to me. The other one in the reception, Toni, I asked him to extend my check out and he did but I wanted to stay other day and he didn’t want to rent me my room for one extra day, he said i have to go online and do it myself, so I did it, sent him/her the reservation confirmation and told me I have to go check out and move to other room, I was feeling like this person just wanted to deny everything I asked, must be his/her way.

The resort itself is very nice, rooms are spacious and the location is great. However, don’t be fooled, this is a hard sell time share ploy by Hilton, from the minute you arrive you will be bombarded with sleazy used car type salesman trying to get you to buy a time share. What made it worse was we had a half eaten Burrito in the fridge and cockroaches on the floor when we arrived. They never apologised until after I raised it again at check out. They gave me the resort fee back, about $60 I think. Very poor

We love coming here, every time we go to Sedona we stay at Los Abrigados. And this was our 10 year anniversary so it was special!

The property is gorgeous.
