Our Room was a great location, easy access to the pools and any sports activities as well as Shopping.

Coffee in the room said Dark Roast but it was quite weak.

Very cute ! 5 minute walk to Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village. Staff was excellent we are even able to check in a little bit early. Clean rooms

Rooms clean but outdated seems pricy $400 night but it’s Sedona every thing is expensive

Location was perfect, close to everything. Large suites

With a kids pool it should be families with children and the second pool adults only. Seating is limited. We didn’t realize there was no elevator which can make stairs difficult for older visitors. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. At check in staff was unable to access my rewards number and didn’t offer to help. While a text thanking me for my stay is fine,would have been nice if staff also afforded some personal response. The HILTON club set up felt like I was in Mexico where deception is used to lure you in with staff not identified as sales representatives. We travel a lot and feeling welcome and personal service weights highly in our choice. More attention to staff training and guest experience would improve ratings and overall positive experience

Beautiful property and grounds. Great location. Renovated rooms are very nice.

Check in was horribly slow. One receptionist two people in front of me took 30 min. The un-renovated rooms are way past their due date and not attractive. But they are functional. The hotel restaurant atmosphere and food is not good.
