Very nice location excellent staff Facility is in beginning of update. Rooms very nice but furniture is good quality wood has free water bottle refills

The location is good next to Tilaquepaque.

I stayed here a few years ago and really loved it. But since Hilton took over, it has gone downhill. The resort is dated. They supposedly redid the pool, and it's not up to resort standards. We were there around mother's day, it's 94 degrees and the bar at the pool still wasn't open. The patio area was really sad. The furniture is very dated and the pullout couch is very uncomfortable. The king bed is okay, but the linens are not very nice. There are no views from the resort rooms. The creek area is really pretty, but there's really nothing to do other than sit and you can't see it from your room. We ended up leaving after one night because we were so uncomfortable and found another resort.

All was very greatful on the property, creek side peaceful.

We had to check out a day early due to discomorting furnishings in the room. There was a vine branch growing thru the carpet that lead us to belive the cleanliness of the room a discomfort.

The bedroom was beat up and dated . The mattress was really soft .

We arrived late on Saturday night and was assigned a room that desperately needed updating. When I laid down to sleep I had springs sticking in my back. We discovered the pillow topper was on the bottom! Long story short, we ending up flipping the mattress ourselves after promises for 2 days to have it resolved. Then, we were offered to have our points refunded for the trouble. They had not been refunded by checkout, but I was assured corporate had been notified to do so. 3 days later, I talked to corporate and they were not aware of this issue and assured me it would be resolved and our points refunded. As of this review, they have not. The lack of honesty and prompt follow up is our biggest concern. Feels like this is a Club Wyndham. These actions are simply not acceptable for a Hilton Grand Vacation property and to members for over 10 years!

No room service unless you stay a week. Even when you request it service isn’t provided. It advertises onnsite pool bar and it didn’t open. Poor amenities compared to other Hilyon properties. Even the onsite restaurant doesn’t open for breakfast.
