We hadden echt een prachtig twee kamer appartement met een zwembad en jacuzzi. In mijn hele leven heb ik nog nooit in zo’n prachtig appartement mogen verblijven. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam

The room I was assigned was in a small, separate, remote part of the facility. It wasn't vacuumed, there was a dirty earplug on the bed frame, and the bathroom wasn't terrible, but hair in the tub.

Rooms were shabby.needs updating. Service was poor. Had to take out own trash. We needed to extend visit by one day and was told if we attend their sales talk ,they would give us an extra day but if not ,no room was available. I don’t like being blackmailed. We left and stayed at a Hampton Inn. I would never stay there ever again!,,,

The front desk, staff are courteous professional &attended to any personal needs in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Amanda, Jenn, always had our best interests at heart & are an asset to the hospitality industry. The Spa Gym &management team is a definite asset to the resort. Look forward to see more updates in the years to come to the rooms, grounds, pool area/hot tub for the price and cost for a night stay.

Hot tub was over chlorinated &warmer. Couldn’t use bcz of smell & two of us got a rash. Grounds have deteriorated since my stay over two years ago. Room not updated. Maybe keep an eye on the kids jumping running splashing in the adult pool. Happy to see them have fun but it was at the expense of being able to relax and be in the pool. Where are the parents. Isn’t there another pool for that. Hours of operation for restaurants should be adjusted for early risers and dinner.

We loved the proximity to everything. Can walk up town and located within Talquapaque. The property has so many nice amenities for the kids.

There was some construction going on but that will make it that much nicer the next time we come! We also wish there was a coffee/latte machine in the hotel area, many coffee shops are closed early in the morning.
