Convenient location although the town is a little spread out if you're trying to walk everywhere. Spacious suites, loved the decks/patios.

On-site restaurant is very mediocre and the sheets were polyester.

Our unit was renovated, comfortable and well equipped, with alot of room! It had a lovely patio seating area and we were located conveniently near the pool. The service was excellent upon check in and throughout the stay. The only reason I gave this 4-stars instead of 5 is because of the paper thin ceiling separating the first floor units from the 2nd floor. The people above us were rarely in the room coming back to the room late and leaving very early. Luckily they went to sleep early but they also got up early and we were awakened ts 6 am by normal walking. We did ask to be moved and the hotel accommodated us right away, but it inconvenient to move to another building after grocery shopping, so we put up with the noise, although we did appreciate the offer to move. This a busy property with numerous shops and restaurants at the resort, so parking is tough with guests competing with visitors for not enough spaces....and it can be stressful to find a spot coming back from dinner. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but will definitely request a renovated unit on the 2nd floor if we return. And the resort is quite reasonable for the room rate making it a great value!

No parking by our room. No Starbucks in lobby. No paper cups or Keurig machine to take coffee or tea with u. No restaurant min house open early for breakfast

We booked the one bedroom apartment, which was spotless clean and very comfortable, it made us feel at home. Short walking to shops and restaurants. The staff was usefulI and ready to help. Would stay again

We really didn’t like people from the Hilton Timeshare desk. They caught my wife’s attention with great kindness, offering huge discounts in restaurants, guides, events, even two more days at the hotel for a small fee. After I refused to buy a timeshare they couldn’t help with anything else. We ended up paying full price for a two days extension. That was predictable though…

Beautiful area on oak Creek

Very nice amenities and location.

Would like to see the rooms updated in design and quality. They seemed old and worn- could use a facelift.

Remodeling of pool bar and restaurant

The pool and hit tub were closed the whole time we were there. That was disappointing.
