"Excellent"

Rooms had a couple issues but nothing terrible - fan didn't work in the bathroom and shower rod wasn't correctly attached but it was fine. Clean, safe, quiet and the price was better than other options. It's not perfect but I wouldn't have any qualms about staying here. It's a super 8 it's not a five star resort.

"This was by far the worst ever hotel stay I have ever experienced."

Nothing.

The coffee was weak and we had to ask for coffee cups. Other breakfast items had run out and not been replaced. There was no top sheet on the bed. There was an ironing board available but no iron. The hairdryer was broken. No towels were in the room.?

The room wasn’t clean. There was trash still in the garbage, mirrors had kids hand prints and crayon/marker all over it. Walls, sink, toilet had crayon/marker/nail polish everywhere. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel is in poor condition. Drapes in the room were dirty, stained and torn. Bedding and pillows were very worn.

There were at least 6 different phone numbers for the property listed on the web and none of the worked. I tried for over 30 minutes to call them for a shuttle to pick me up and never got through. Only by accident a shuttle showed up to take another party to a different hotel and said they would take me to the Super 8. The room I had was in disrepair, torn carpet, torn curtains and not clean. The next morning, I was supposed to have a shuttle back to the airport scheduled and when I was supposed to leave not only was there no shuttle, but the front desk was empty. There was nobody there and nobody answered the call button. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me.

Orange juice was watered down. No jelly for toast. Butter was frozen. Hallways were filthy. Room smelled dingy.

Hotel was under construction. Noisy, tv didn’t work upon arrival. Homeless people hanging around the area. Unsafe.
