Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha Eppley Airport/Carter Lake

Old and smelly, would not stay there again.

First we were given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. Then only 1 towel. Toilet wouldn’t flush! Ugh had to plug in the tv and internet to get it to work. Room wasn’t very clean. I mean, it looked like a man cleaned it not a woman! Do not recommend!

Manager at night was very rude an there is bed bugs really bed at the hotel even in the lobby couches

Dirty room, dirty toliet, crumbs in bed sheets, had to change channels on tv manually, no trash bags AND kids climbing in lower room window as mother stood outside and watched. Paid for return ride from airport a With approximate time & phone info. Upon return desk clerk wouldn't answer phone, several drivers of other agencies also tried calling hotel desk clerk same responses. No answer Initially upon check in we were going to book room ( that was b4 we even got to room to observe the conditions) and stay when we returned. Desk clerk told us we had to do online.

I called from the airport for a shuttle, and the automatic phone system hung up on me. I was forced to find and pay for a cab. Not a good value.

No roll away bed as advertised, burn marks on the bedding, curtain fell apart when I opened the window.

The proximity to the airport was nice for an early morning flight.

The hotel is very run down. Almost every light in the room didn't work. The bathroom door was falling apart, and the handle was barely hanging on. The toilet didn't fill and flush properly. The worst part was the bed. It was worn out and had broken springs, so the center was sagging terribly. I did not get a good.nights rest. I do not recommend this hotel!

Room was dirty and gross

Nothing like the add. Noisy. The managers children were playing in the room next to us. It was after 10:00 pm before they Quieted down. Rooms Starting to run down. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Only cereal and waffles for breakfast.

Needs some repair.
