Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha Eppley Airport/Carter Lake

Was a little shady when we pulled up. Front desk staff was friendly but the office was unorganized and had piles of papers all disheveled. Advertised a pool but it wasn't working condition.

The location was good

Our door handle kept falling off when we would go out of the door. Then our bathroom had cigarette burns on the tub and the whole floor smelled like cigarette and marijuana. We slept on top of the sheets because it did not feel clean in the room. When we left someone in the lobby said that we had a better chance of getting help if we called then ringing the bell. The young girl at the front desk was helpful even if the room was not so much .

Is an old hotel. Needs to be remodeled.

Very dirty hotel. The hallways and staircases haven’t been vacuumed in a long time. The bathroom floor was filthy.

The staff was trying to put me out the room and call the police when o did not check out until Monday. I was there Friday may 16th. I still have not got my $100 deposit back yet. When you call the number they have online it does not go to the front desk.

The staff was helpful and gave us an upgraded suite

Pillows were very thin. Not very clean sticky everywhere. Tv didn’t work. Smelled terrible. They told me to be careful with my car because there were homeless people everywhere. Suggested I parked my car somewhere else.

Limited to spreadless toast

No way to boil water to make tea.
