Super 8 by Wyndham Omaha Eppley Airport/Carter Lake

The receptionist was very nice.

Unfortunately it wasn't clean.

The evening staff was nice

The room was dirty. There was something all over the sheets. No remote in the room for the TV. No coffee makers in the room. No real breakfast

There was no mattress in the let out couch bed the Jacuzzi didn't work

There was hail allnover the bathroom floor. It smelled like urine and there was a bug (i think a little roach but not sure)

Close to airport, nothing else!!!!

It smelled like pot smoke; the staff took a long time to come to the desk; it was dirty; the sheets were dirty; the carpet was dirty; the breakfast was worse than poor; there were questionable people hanging around. We don’t want to stay another night, but can’t cancel without being charged. The phone number listed said it had been changed or disconnected when I tried to call!!

Airport shuttle was a no show. Breakfast was very very limited. Staffing was limited.

Nothing to like about this place Wyndham should be ashamed of even associating them with this hotel

Everything , rooms were dirty, carpets , ripped curtains , dirty bathroom, rude reception Worst part is I was charged over $300 for a room that would barely be around $30

This is not a clean hotel. Cheap and NOT worth the price!!!

One of the worst hotel experiences I had. The rooms were ok, but there was a group of people that was partying hard and shouting until 3:30am at least (I had to leave after that for an early flight). No staff intervened. I tried to call them many times, but nobody was at the front desk. I don't recommand this hotel to anyone unfortunately.
