Baymont by Wyndham Pierre

Night staff needs training. Morning staff very unhappy with her job. Tells everyone about it. Flies in the building because no A/C in lobby. They leave doors open because of heat.

Location was a little noisy, we were there to sleep for one night. Lots of noise above us. Room was fine, probably needs some updates.

Staff member that helped me was rude. Room was unclean and lock on the door was broken and they denied it. I am still waiting for my refund.

It was nice but the shower had low water pressure so I didn’t feel like it got me clean

There is little to no breakfast, Luke warm coffee from the night before. Clerk informed us owners won't furnish supplies. Ice machine leaks substantial water on tile floor during entire stay. Again owners have been informed but repairs have not been made. Stay elsewhere if your planning a trip to Pierre

Very friendly and helpful staff. Microwave had a tray that did not fit, very little amenities. Was just fine for a one night stay while traveling lobg distance.

Great customer service! Friendly front desk lady helped me with my luggage and transportation. Enjoyed my stay. Would defintely return here.

The bed was comfortable

The room was not clean; the carpet was not vacuumed, the bathroom was dirty and the tables and entertainment centers were not clean. There was not any clean towels in the whole 3 days we were there.
