The front desk was rude & the room had roaches everywhere & the front desk man kept picking with us the whole stay

I absolutely loved everything is about it.great place, close reasturants, stores everything is so convenient ...I just loved it and it couldn't have been any better...

The shower was not clean and needed some major work. The sofa had stains on the cushion's and mattress was dirty. Also had someone else's kleenex still in there.Floor in the bathroom and kitchen super sticky and the air ducts smelled like mold. Outside of the build and grounds where clean and well maintained.

Room smelled like an ash tray. Both bathroom doors would not latch and would swing open if not blocked with something. Floors were dirty, stains on curtains and linens. Very disappointed.

The whole building was EXTREMELY dirty, smelled like weed and a nursing home. The towels left in the bathrooms were dirty and stained. Just nasty all around we ended up just driving home because there is no way we would sleep or shower there.

The front desk staff was great, friendly and helpful. The hot water was abundant and extra hot. That's about all I can say about this hotel that was good. The bed was hard, the walls needed cleaning, dark smudges everywhere, is shower curtain had red stains on it and we only had two towels for a 4-person room, that we registered for.

The staircase and the holways was not very clean.

It was a good experience on all fronts.

So, I was in town for one night for a concert in Birmingham. Just needed a place to sleep before driving back home the next day. Check in process was easy and I paid upon arrival. The first room they gave me smelled like smoke and had not been serviced, but they were very nice about putting me into another one! That one was clean and had everything I could possibly need. Then...the night came. There was somebody running back and forth all night...literally until 1 or 2 a.m. Luckily, I was able to nod off relatively quickly and I'm not a light sleeper, but somebody who is a light sleeper definitely would've not had a nice stay. Checking out was simple and easy as well. This location is near two other hotels, so I never felt unsafe. I didn't like that I had to park so far away from my building and walk to the entrance due to how full the parking lot was that night. This is my first time staying in an extended stay hotel and for what I needed it for, it served its purpose. If I ever stayed again, I would try to be in a different building or stay at the very top floor. Didn't love my stay, didn't exactly hate it.

The staff here were nice. My room had an odor that I could not get rid of. The cabinets were missing doors from them as well. It was a pleasant stay, but there should definitely be some upgrades done to the rooms.
