Horrible! Nasty! With COVID still going on, this was very unacceptable. My family and I couldn’t take a shower because the tub was so nasty and had used towels left in the bathroom. Again, horrible!!

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!BUGS!!!"

Booked the 2 bedroom suite as we had several family members traveling with us and thought it would be best if we were in one room, versus two rooms possibly not together on the same floor. The room and building are worn out and in need of cleaning and updating. There were burn marks on the couch and lots of wear on all the surfaces and fabrics. Kitchen and bathroom floors were slick, like they had oil residue on them. Bathroom sink and tub had standing water in both. We dropped off our things and left for the day, upon returning that night, a small roach crawled out of the stove top, we saw two more shortly after, one on the wall and one on the dining table. We checked all our luggage for bugs and found two had gotten into an open top bag. I hate to think what would have been inside the oven if we opened it, or the fold-out sofa. We left immediately(about 10pm) and found another place for our stay. Don't be mislead by the pictures and do not stay at this property! We are thankful for Josh from Hotels.com he was able to get us a full refund and cancel the remainder of our booking.

"BIRTHDAY STAYCATION"

I stayed at Suburban Extended Stay for my birthday as a staycation getaway. My only complaint was noisy individuals in another room playing loud music. I rested more the next day after they had gone
