Staff very polite and welcoming, rooms all in perfect condition. Zero complaints. Great stay.

Breakfast maybe could be a bit better but great value for money either way

Not a single thing I can say I would enjoy from the breakfast bar. There was no coffee offered while the coffee machine was not working. There was no plan B in placed. When I questioned the staff members, the answer was we don't know when the machine will be back in operation. The juice dispensers were empty, (All 3 dispensers were empty) No pastry items on offer as usual. The bread toaster was plugged but not in working process. The fried eggs was dead fried, it has gone to black colour. I only had a bowl of cereal and came out to find a restaurant where I can have some coffee and pastry. I felt down the day started and not looking to book this hotel anymore. The staff was very stressed, not happy to support the customers at all. The great customer service is the best contact to the hotel and the customers return to hotel because of the great customer service. The smile doesn't cost so, therefore I would kindly remind for your company to have a good customer service training for your entire team. If you have any issues with breakfast I would kindly suggesting to have a plan B in place to avoid the hazel. In the room service there was no good towel facilities provided. The room was not prepared for the cleaned environment, was very unhappy with the status was provided. However I am still thinking not to go back to this hotel, I visited my site 2wice month stay 2-3 days in same area. Originally thought of having this hotel will be a good place but now I realised its no longer the good practice hotel for me to stay,

Nice clean rooms

Can't ring direct or book lunch over the phone, went to a AI customer service. Also at 7.50 am on a Sunday morning you could hear the hoover going so didn't get a lay in.

Clean, comfortable room with a lovely bed. The provided fan was very useful, given how hot it was. The staff were kind and attentive and the breakfast food choice and quality was top.

The hotel is adjacent to the A14 and, with windows open, it could be a bit noisy. Not the hotel's fault and easily remedied by closing the windows.

The hotel was modern, clean and well presented. The towels and toiletries provided in the room were sustainable and plentiful. Breakfast was good - a nice selection and it was cooked and presented well. Staff were friendly - Luke who was on reception and operating the bar/front of house was very professional.

I stayed here for a night whilst at Snettteron race circuit just down the road. This hotel was so much better than I expected - not that I had any low expectations - and I really enjoyed it. Just off the main road, and with a good car park. There is a large supermarket just a few steps away. My room was clean and pleasant and I was delighted that there was a fan in the hot weather. My room had a bath and a shower and good amenities. The wifi was good and there were plenty of charging ports. I didn't have breakfast in the hotel but did have dinner one night which was very nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is great only a short taxi ride into town.

Soap bottle totally empty Room has smell

Room was Clean. Shower was great, and a good size. Fan provided was really thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent. There was a good choice and the food was cooked lovely and wasn’t at all greasy. Pastries and cereals and toast and plenty tea, coffee and juices.

The bedding. The duvet seemed heavy and too solid but that’s my own preference. The pillows were flat and very hard. I woke in the night a couple of times due to this.
