Relaxed atmosphere, warm energy, central location. Few mins walk to York minster. Fabulous breakfast, wonderful air con and excellent service. Loved the pantry and the record player.

We stayed so that we could visit the Minster, for which this hotel was a 10 minute walk away. Really nice place to stay with car parking, very pleasant room and a well cooked breakfast. Did not eat supper in the hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful and very engaged with making it a nice placed to stay.

Charming hotel with a delightful staff and fantastic food. We requested a quiet room and stayed on the top floor facing the parking lot. It was indeed very quiet. The room and bathroom are small; however, the bed is very comfortable, and there is a large tub for soaking.

The location is okay, but the vibes are good! The room is a bit in the smaller side, and no airconditioner found. The best part of the hotel is its free snack and drink area. The food quality over there is amazing! Overall, the hotel is quite, beautiful, and the value is good.

Very welcoming team, despite having a wedding party to cope with they made every effort to look after us. Dog friendly with dog beds, treats, bowls and toys all provided in the price. parks and the centre all within easy walking distance. Quirky room layout but very comfortable; loved the provision of an LP player and a selection of Vinyls in each room. Very quiet despite the wedding. Very secure private parking.
