Amazing place.

In a really convenient walking distance to the centre of Oxford Westgate, and all the staff are incredibly nice. Bonus points for a great breakfast

Staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, from receptionists to cleaners. We use this hotel as a base for visiting granddaughter at the University, it is convenient for that, for shopping in the Westgate Centre and for some beautiful walks along the river.

Nice hotel - menu in restaurant is a bit odd. Order pie with seasonal vegetables and it was half vegetables and half salad, bit of hot and cold!! Otherwise a nice stay - rooms are comfortable and staff friendly

In advance of the stay I contacted the hotel on two separate occasions to query a charge for car parking. I was not aware of a charge being levied at the time of making the reservation. I have not received any response from the hotel to my two separate communications and disappointingly had to pay the charge on arrival/check in.

Great location and nice facilities

We stayed here when visiting our Son, it was just what we needed after a busy day around Oxford. Lovely comfortable bed. We requested extra pillows for our daughter and they were delivered to our room whilst we were out. Good selection of food for breakfast and staff were very attentive.

Super location, a short walk from the city, and great facilities.

We received excellent service from the staff. Claire at check in was very nice and efficient and the breakfast was great value (special mention to the hard working employees). Will be back soon!
