Oxford Witney Hotel

Hotel had everything I needed although seemed a little tired, particularly the hallways. Staff were very pleasant, made use of the gym which was a little small but still adequate. Breakfast was plentiful and hot.

A really nice and relaxing place. The pool, hot tub, steam room small but comfortable. All staff really friendly.

A pleasant hotel experience but the rooms and leisure facilities are tired and in need of a makeover. The staff were courteous and helpful. I would have been disappointed if I'd have paid full price but worth the price I paid (thanks Hotel.com) and would stop there again if the price is right.

Staff were in the main very good and polite. Rooms were tired and very much in need of some tlc. Clean. Leisure facilities were ok, but needed some attention. Food ok, but menu a bit limited in the brasserie. Snack menu was better. All hot food and well cooked.

Good location for the places we wanted to visit. Really enjoyed the pool.

Didn't have reservation in their system, was asked if I had a different name. Was told not booked in, and not staying at thier hotel, only when I stood and argued I was did they accept and found the reservation which had been pre paid. Did not ask on check out how was my stay, bathroom in room 90 is very poor, mold and a cracked sink.

The staff and food were nice but the building was a bit 'down at heel' (especially our bathroom)

Awful. Breakfast is a definite NO!! Staff are lovely once you understand them but very badly managed. Tatty public areas, had to change room because it was so bad.

Very disappointed we paid for upgrades on all rooms we booked but definitely did not meet our very simple requirements Massive need of a room make over Showers are shocking

Hotel dated, deluxe room was very poor, advert said the bathroom had a bath but none present. The room I was given was clearly for disabled use and unfortunately due all the equipment it felt more like a hospital room than a deluxe bedroom. Decor was old, plasma tv was miniscule. Bedding tired. Breakfast was very basic, cheap food types and coffee was the worst I have tasted.
